Terms of service
These terms apply when you buy a website from us. They are short on purpose. If anything here disagrees with what your quote or invoice says, the quote or invoice wins.

What you are buying
A website for your property business, run by us: the design, hosting, the admin panel where you manage listings and enquiries, and the features your plan includes, as listed on our pricing page. We keep it online, backed up and up to date.

What you pay
The amount and how often you pay it are what your quote or invoice says; for our standard plans, that is the price on our pricing page on the day you sign up. Prices are in rupees and exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate.

What stays yours
Your listings, photographs, text, logo and every enquiry your site receives belong to you. You can export your enquiries at any time, in any billing state. We use none of it for anything but running your site.

What you are responsible for
- What you publish is accurate, and you have the right to use every photograph you upload.
- Your listings meet the law that applies to them, including RERA registration where a project needs it.
- The site is not used to mislead buyers or tenants, or to publish anything unlawful.
- Your sign-in details stay with the people you gave them to.
We may take down content that breaks these rules, and will tell you why when we do.

What we do not promise
We build every site to be read correctly by Google and by AI assistants, and we explain exactly how on our getting-found page. Nobody controls where Google ranks a page, so we never promise a position, a volume of traffic or a number of enquiries.

If a payment is late
For the first month nothing changes, and we remind you. We never take your site down as a first step. If the account stays unpaid after that, we may limit or pause the service until it is settled; a paused site shows visitors a short holding page with your business name and nothing else. Your listings, photographs and enquiries are kept throughout, you can export your enquiries at any time, and we never delete your enquiries.

Leaving
There is no lock-in. Give us 30 days’ notice and you can leave; export your enquiries before you go. A domain registered in your name stays yours, and we will help you point it wherever you move the site.

Availability
We work to keep every site online all the time, and do planned maintenance at quiet hours. We cannot promise the internet never fails; if your site is down, we treat it as the most urgent thing we have.

Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost deals or lost profit. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing here limits a liability the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
