Privacy policy

We build and run websites for property businesses in India. This page explains what personal information passes through us, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

  1. 01

When you ask us for a website

The enquiry form asks for your name, your mobile number, what kind of property business you run, and anything you want to tell us. We use it to call or WhatsApp you about a website — nothing else. We do not add you to a newsletter or a drip sequence, and we do not sell or share your details.

  2. 02

When you have a website with us

We keep the details of the people on your account (name, email address and, if you give it, a phone number), your invoices and payments, and everything you put on your site. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash — nobody here can read yours, which is why we can send you a reset link but can never tell you your password.

  3. 03

When someone enquires on your website

The enquiry belongs to you, the business the visitor contacted. We store and deliver it on your behalf and use it for nothing of our own: no marketing, no profiling, no resale. You can export every enquiry at any time, in any billing state, including after you stop paying.

Each customer’s website carries its own privacy policy, in that business’s name, telling its visitors the same.

  4. 04

    Cookies and visit statistics

Signing in to an admin console sets a cookie that keeps you signed in. Public pages set no cookie of ours.

  5. 05

    Where it is kept

Our application and database run on servers in India. Emails — enquiry alerts, sign-in links, invoices — are sent through an email delivery provider, which may process them outside India. Beyond that, we share personal information with no one except where the law requires it.

  6. 06

    How long we keep it

Enquiries from prospective customers are kept while we are in touch and for a reasonable period afterwards. Account and billing records are kept while you are a customer and afterwards for as long as tax law requires. Ask us and we will delete what we are not obliged to keep.

  7. 07

    Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, withdraw consent you gave, and raise a grievance. Write to enquiries@siddagangarealestate.com and we will act on it.

  8. 08

    Changes to this policy

When what we do with personal information changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. Customers are told by email about any change that affects their data.
